For a well-consolidated Danish residential developer, Lund Advice was engaged as a consultant to source residential development projects in the Region of Copenhagen. In 10 months, we managed to identify more than 30 locations / +200,000 m2 building rights.
The assignment also included investigating and calculating the business case, investigating the development plans of the municipalities and the dialog /negotiation with the property owners.
Lund Advice was engaged as consultant to assist a private investor on sourcing and purchasing investment properties in the Centre of Copenhagen with a value-add potential. In six months, we managed to bid on properties totaling a value of more than DKK 0.6 billion.
Lund Advice identified several industrial/logistic properties and assisted a large international equity fund in the process of bidding of 56.000 m2 logistics.
