Lund Advice had the privilege of assisting as buy-side advisor for a private investor in the transaction of a 9.000 m2 office property in the City Center of Copenhagen. Originally the property consists of two separate office buildings, located on Vester Voldgade 17 and Studiestræde 38, also known as Grundtvighus. The property, build in 1909, is named after the famous author, N.F.S. Grundtvig, and has been used for many different purposes as, hotel, restaurant, church hall and was also occupied by the Germans under 2nd WW. 

The property will be vacant and a development of the property is ongoing. Lund Advice also acted as a consultant advising the owner during the concept development phase together with the technical and architectural team.
