Sale of 12.125 m2 of residential building rights

In the Copenhagen suburb, Ballerup, Lund Advice facilitated the sale of Telegrafvej 7A, an empty property previously used for stamp printing, owned by Hafnia Invest ApS, and sold to Raundahl & Moesby A/S (contractor) and Bricks A/S (developer).

A new local plan allows for 12,125 m2 of residentials, which in connection with the municipality's master plan in the coming years will transform the area from business/industrial into a new urban district. The area is located next to the charming Pederstrup Village, and the transformation in the area is well ongoing with townhouse construction on Atlas Vænge and student housing on Telegrafvej 5 as well as several other upcoming projects.
