Lund Advice had the pleasure of being buy-side advisor for Panattoni on their first logistic development in Denmark. Lund Advice presented the opportunity to Panattoni, and the transaction was done off-market. The deal consists of a green field area of 26,774 m² with a speculative development of 14,000 m² logistic property in a new logistic hup in Ringsted, about 60 km. from Copenhagen City. Completion Summer 2026.
